RETURN & EXCHANGE

 

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If for any reason customer are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size or colour exchange only. Items can be exchanged only when a different size or colour of the same item is available. Exchanges for different item are currently unavailable.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
  • Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging

Intimate apparel and swimwear (including but not limited to lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.

Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Please note that any Sale / Discounted item(s) are not eligible for a return or refund.

 

 

TO INITIATE A RETURN 

  • Customer must e-mail to sales.hamcus@gmail.com to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
  • CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER: Once the written request is received, customer service. sales.hamcus@gmail.com will send a written confirmation to the customer including the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Customer must write this RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the return tag attached to each item and on the outside of the box. Please send the return with the courier indicated in the e-mail sent by customer care: sales.hamcus@gmail.com.
  • The written request must include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned and the reason for the return: size or colour exchange.
  • Please note that any Sale / Discounted item(s) are not eligible for a return or refund.

RETURN SHIPMENTS cost for sizing and color change will be handled by the customer, any eventual import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Please consult our customer care at sales.hamcus@gmail.com before returning the item(s).

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

A refund can only be authorized In the case of Defective or incorrect merchandise or an error in the order on the part of HAMC.US: 

Any Sale / Discounted item(s) are not eligible for a return or refund.

 

TO INITIATE A REFUND

Customer must also follow the instructions above and the returning shipment cost is free of charges.

the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

TO INITIATE A RETURN

Customer must also follow the instructions above and the returning shipment cost is free of charges.

HAMC.US will ship to the customer the returned corrected goods free of charge or will refund the incur expenses. HAMC.US will NOT accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason. HAMC.US reserves the right to INSPECT returned merchandise and assess refund depending on the state of the returned merchandise.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

 

HAMC.US reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions email. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. HAMC.US reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return and the eventual charges for the shipment and import fees.
