RETURN & EXCHANGE
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size or colour exchange within 14 days of the merchandise's delivery date.
WRITTEN REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION: Clients must e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. The written request must include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned and the reason for the return: refund, size exchange or colour exchange. All returning shipment cost for sizing and color change will be handled by the customer, please consult our sales team for the shipping cost before returning.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER: Once the written request is received, customer service. email@example.com will send a written confirmation to the Client including the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Clients must write this RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the return tag attached to each item and on the outside of the box. Please send the return with the courier indicated in the e-mail sent by customer service. firstname.lastname@example.org.
Clients can choose between the below compensation options:
Size or colour exchange: items can be exchanged only when a different size or colour of the same item code is available. Exchanges for different item codes are currently unavailable
Original condition: The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent, packaged in an orderly fashion and with the return tag attached.
14 days: The return of the unused item(s) must reach HAMC.US within 14 days of the delivery date, which is only possible with the written confirmation from customer service. email@example.com.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If for any reason, Clients are not satisfied with the order, the unused item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Clients must follow the official HAMC.US RETURN POLICY as stated here below:
Items can be returned only for the following reason: size exchange or colour exchange.
The Return Tag and the Security Seal must still be intact and attached to returned items. They must not be removed or cut in any way.
Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise or an error in the order on the part of HAMC.US, Clients must follow the instructions above.
RETURN SHIPMENTS for full price products or discounted products under 50% off are free of charge: any eventual import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the client.
RETURN SHIPMENTS for discounted products over or equivalent to 50% are not free of charges: any eventual import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the client.
Shipping costs (import fees and taxes not included):
Asia: 15 USD (at the start of first kg)
Europe: 40 USD (at the start of first kg)
REST OF THE WORLD: 40 USD (at the start of first kg)
HAMC.US recommends that all returns be shipped using DHL as their tracking numbers can be processed by our customer service. If clients wish to use another courier that is not DHL, they are free to do so, but they will be liable for all shipping costs as well as an additional fee of 10% of the total value of the merchandise that is being returned.
HAMC.US reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions email. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, HAMC.US will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund. HAMC.US reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return and the eventual charges for the shipment and import fees.
HAMC.US will ship to the Clients the returned corrected goods free of charge or will refund the incur expenses. Clients will be responsible for any eventual import fees and taxes as well as the return shipping fees. HAMC.US will NOT accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason. HAMC.US reserves the right to INSPECT returned merchandise and assess refund depending on the state of the returned merchandise.
