Return and Exchange policy FAQ

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, you can exercise your right to return the item(s) for size or colour exchange, or request a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

Customer are responsible for covering the cost of International Return Shipments, any eventual import fees and taxes incurred during the return process.

 

To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging

 

NON-ACCEPTANCE OF THE RETURN

 

HAMCUS reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. In that case you can decide to receive the products purchased once again, however you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

 

 

To Initiate a Return.

To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through our Return Center. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process.

  • Visit our Returns Center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

What items are non-refundable.

 The following items are not eligible for a return or refund.:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale / Discounted item(s)

 

Damaged/defective items.

If you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team so that they can help resolve the issue, please reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date.

 

Can the items be exchanged?

  • We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
  • Items can be exchanged only when a different size or colour of the same item is available. 

 

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

 

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. You can follow the progress of the request at any time in your returns center. 

If all the conditions listed have been met, HAMCUS will refund the price of the products purchased deducting the cost of International Return Shipments, and any eventual import fees and taxes incurred during the return process. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement. 

Please note: shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.

HAMCUS reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions email. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. HAMCUS reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return and the eventual charges for the shipment and import fees.
