DUSZEN ROOM / LP TERMINAL

DUSZEN ROOMLOWER PLANETARY RESTRICTED ALLOCATION TERMINAL

One article. One unit. One drop.

A public terminal connecting the DUSZEN (Dust Citizen) community to the Lower Planetary special-material allocation network. Low-circulation equipment, prototypes, special versions and one-off pieces can re-enter circulation here through specific protocols.

Redemption is not open yet. This guide introduces the process; it does not reserve an item or issue a code.

01 / DUSZEN ROOM

A point of access to the Lower Planetary network.

DUSZEN means Dust Citizen (尘民). Within the GAEA world, DUSZEN ROOM is a public terminal connecting Dust Citizens with the Lower Planetary special-material allocation system. Equipment outside regular production, low-circulation pieces, trial models, limited editions and single-unit equipment can re-enter this network through different protocols.

Allocations do not follow a fixed release calendar. Seasonal content, special events and the LP Random Spawn Protocol can bring equipment into circulation at irregular intervals. The terminal associates each entry with its article number, LP-EQS classification and availability.

PAVEL / Terminal Operator
TERMINAL OPERATOR / PAVEL

Allocation Control / PAVEL

“We are small, yet tenacious; we are scattered, yet will converge.”

PAVEL is the fictional terminal operator responsible for equipment circulation and allocation records. This character introduces the network; customer assistance is currently handled by HAMCUS Sales.

02 / DP SYSTEM

DP / Dust Point

DP means Dust Point, called 尘值 in Chinese: special allocation points bound to a Dust Citizen’s account. In the setting, DP records accumulated participation in the DUSZEN ROOM allocation system and access to special materials.

DP is not cash and cannot be directly exchanged for cash. An item may require DP alone, or both DP and a displayed cash amount. Follow the conditions shown for that particular item; do not infer its price from a story illustration.

On the HAMCUS website, check the balance in your own Rewards account. DP is deducted when you confirm a redemption. Checkout then collects the item’s displayed cash amount, plus any applicable shipping and taxes.

03 / HOW TO EARN DP

How to earn Dust Points

Available tasks, qualifying purchases and campaigns can change. Follow the rules announced for the relevant channel; the categories below do not promise a standing reward or a fixed earning rate.

ONLINE TASK

Official-channel tasks

Look for DP tasks announced through official social channels, community posts and WeChat updates. Complete the specific task under its published conditions.

PURCHASE REWARDS

Qualifying purchases

Purchases through the official store, mini-program or other designated channels may earn DP when their stated conditions are met. Check the earning rules for that channel.

SYSTEM EVENTS

Seasonal and story events

Selected DUSZEN / GAEA events, seasonal missions or special occurrences may award DP. Availability and amounts are announced for each event.

SPECIAL ALLOCATION

Special grants

Specific activities, compensation or system tasks may result in an additional DP allocation. These are handled under the relevant event or review rules.

04 / RANDOM SPAWN PROTOCOL

LP Random Spawn Protocol

ONE ARTICLE. ONE UNIT. ONE DROP.

Previously unreleased equipment, pieces that never entered regular production, and equipment existing only in a special form may re-enter circulation through the LP Random Spawn Protocol without a fixed schedule. Spawns appear within seasonal Instagram, Xiaohongshu and WeChat content. Unreleased equipment seen in a past season’s lookbook may appear again; its timing is not announced in advance.

In an official spawn announcement, the LP-EQS tier marker together with the ARTICLE NUMBER indicates that the equipment is unlocked. Its corresponding HAMCUS Online Store entry opens when the post is published. Locate the same article number, then check its actual availability and conditions.

Every item released through the LP Random Spawn Protocol is a ONE-OFF piece, regardless of its LP-EQS tier: one article, one unit, one drop. There is no additional production or restock. Once acquired, that allocation closes. Receiving a redemption code alone does not reserve the unit.

01 / IDENTIFY

Read the tier marker and article number in the official post.

02 / LOCATE

Search the ARTICLE NUMBER, browse the season collection named in the announcement, or ask Sales for help.

03 / VERIFY

Check the actual item page for opening status, available size, DP, cash price and conditions before redeeming.

LP TERMINAL ARCHIVE / Random Spawn Protocol. Look for the equipment’s LP-EQS marker and article number in official release announcements.
05 / LP-EQS

LP Equipment Quality Scale

LP-EQS is the Lower Planetary equipment classification system. It describes rarity, access, technical origin, production state and reproducibility — not simply combat strength, and not a customer’s VIP rank.

In GAEA, an object’s value is never determined by performance alone. Lower Planetary (LP) equipment may originate in industrial production chains, union allocation systems, enterprise laboratories, enforcement bodies, underground markets, scavenger networks, abandoned facilities or the remains of lost civilisations.

A basic tool may exist in hundreds of thousands of units; another piece may be the sole surviving relic of a lost mission. LP-EQS records rarity, access requirements, technical origin, production state and reproducibility.

LP supports GAEA’s planetary resource gathering, processing and energy conversion. Its regions contain complex industrial technologies, relic materials, lost engineering systems and anomalous biological structures. Some objects recovered from abandoned facilities, deep mines or areas such as VAULTORN can no longer be manufactured by existing industry.

LP-EQS is not simply an equipment strength ranking. It asks how difficult an object is to manufacture, obtain, authorise, replace — or even understand again.

Seven equipment classifications

The descriptions below belong to the fictional GAEA setting. Organisational clearance and biological binding are story concepts. Actual website eligibility depends on sign-in, sufficient DP and the item’s conditions, not a matching VIP tier.

LP-EQS / CIV20 DP

CIVIL UTILITY

Mass-produced, standardised equipment for ordinary residents and basic-level employees. Normally obtained through lawful allocation or regular supply channels, with a high degree of replaceability.

LP-EQS / IND40 DP

INDUSTRIAL SPECIFICATION

Specialised equipment for mining, maintenance, transport, geological exploration and high-risk industrial environments. Durability, environmental adaptation and specialist functions exceed CIV, while remaining industrial goods suitable for production at scale.

LP-EQS / MIL60 DP

RESTRICTED TACTICAL

Controlled equipment issued by security, law-enforcement, military or special-operation units. Lawful use normally requires organisational identity, operational authorisation or permission for a specific mission.

LP-EQS / GEN120 DP

GENE-BOUND

Equipment bound to a particular user’s biological traits, neural signals, gene sequence or body-modification system. Away from its original user, some or all functions may fail to activate.

LP-EQS / LEG240 DP

LEGACY

Extremely rare equipment inseparably associated with a significant person, major event, particular faction or historical period. Most LEG objects exist as a single piece or in very small numbers.

LP-EQS / MYT480 DP

MYTHIC

Objects whose very existence lies beyond what conventional technical archives can confirm. Usually known only from fragmentary records, oral histories, anomalous signals, restricted sectors within ruins or very few sighting reports. Some MYT objects remain officially unconfirmed.

LP-EQS / ARC960 DP

ARCHIVAL / RECOVERED

Equipment recovered from abandoned facilities, earlier technological eras, missing operations, discontinued systems or ruins. It may contain lost structures, materials or technologies that can no longer be fully reproduced.

06 / HOW TO USE

Choose → Redeem → Complete checkout.

Follow the same item all the way through. If you already have its code, use that code and skip a new redemption.

Screenshots illustrate the controls using example items. Availability, amounts and screen layout can change. Use your own account, item and code; no usable customer code is published here. Tap an image to enlarge it.

01

Sign in. Choose your piece.

Sign in to your own HAMCUS account and check your DP balance. In DUSZEN ROOM, open the item, compare the photos and details, then select an available size. Read its cash price, required DP and Redemption Policy.

Before continuing: correct item · available size · enough DP · cash price understood.

Sign in with your own account. Your balance and codes belong to you.
Example item: check the product, cash price, DP and available size together.
02

Redeem for this item. Confirm once.

From the product, choose OPEN REWARDS / VIEW MY CODE. The focused page shows the reward for that item. If you have no code, choose SHOW REDEEM BUTTON, then the item’s black REDEEM button. Check the item and DP in the confirmation window; press CONFIRM once to spend DP and receive your code.

Already redeemed? Use the existing code. Do not confirm again to fix Copy, checkout or loading problems.

SHOW REDEEM BUTTON takes you to the matching item’s native REDEEM control below.
Confirm the item and DP once. A displayed reward discount amount is not the cash amount you pay; check the item and final checkout total.
03

Use the code. Return. Check out.

When your code is ready, choose USE THIS CODE & RETURN to return to the same item with the code filled in. You do not need to press Copy or Apply first. COPY CODE is available if you also want a copy. Recheck the size and quantity, continue to checkout, then review the item price, shipping, tax and total before you pay.

DP is spent at redemption confirmation, not again at payment. A filled code is not proof that checkout has accepted the discount.

Use the issued code and return to the same item. Copy is optional; do not redeem again.
Checkout control reference, with example details removed. Check your actual item, applied code, shipping, taxes and total before paying.
07 / ALLOCATION RULES

DUSZEN ROOM allocation rules

01 / DP REQUIRED

Every current allocation requires its specified DP. If a cash amount is also shown, both conditions apply. Insufficient DP prevents redemption.

02 / ONE-OFF

An item labelled ONE-OFF exists as a single unit for that release. Once acquired, that allocation is not restocked.

03 / PROTOTYPE

Some pieces may be pre-production samples, special colourways, trial models or experimental versions. PROTOTYPE does not mean defective unless the item page explicitly says so.

04 / USER BOUND

In the GAEA setting, some equipment retains a circulation record linked to the Dust Citizen who acquires it. Check each item’s stated acquisition and after-sales conditions.

05 / LIMITED SIZE

A one-off may exist in only one size. Check the item’s measurements and actual available size before redeeming.

06 / FINAL ALLOCATION

Special allocations follow the item’s stated returns and after-sales conditions and applicable regional rules. DP handling follows the Redemption Policy. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods and statutory rights remain subject to manual review.

Know this before you confirm.

DP is deducted once

DP is deducted when you confirm redemption. If you choose not to use the new code or let it expire, DP is not automatically returned.

No reservation

Stock is not held during redemption or the recommended purchase period. Another customer may buy the item first. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

24 hours is a recommendation

We recommend purchasing within 24 hours of redemption. This is not a countdown, a stock hold or the code’s expiry. Check the actual expiry shown for your code.

One reward, once per member

The current rule is one redemption per member for each reward, for life. A past redemption may still count after a code expires or is refunded. Do not keep retrying a limit message.

Problems go to manual review

If stock or a technical problem prevents purchase, stop and contact Sales. Keep the item name, error and original code for private review. A manual review is not an automatic promise to restore DP.

Returns and rights

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted where permitted by law. Remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods and applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

These rules cover new DUSZEN ROOM redemptions. Existing codes keep their original terms. For the complete terms, read the Redemption Policy. Read the Redemption Policy ↗

08 / FAQ

A few answers before you enter.

Do I need the same VIP tier as the item?

No. LP-EQS classifies equipment, not your account. Sign in and check that your balance covers the selected item’s actual DP requirement.

Where can I see my DP or the ways to earn it?

See your balance and the available earning options in your HAMCUS Rewards account. Follow the current terms shown there for each earning option.

Can I use one item’s code for another item?

Use the code issued for the item you selected. Return through that item’s focused reward page; do not choose a similar-looking reward or paste another item’s code.

I already have a code. Should I redeem again?

No. Open the same item’s Rewards / View My Code route, use its existing code, and return to the item. A new redemption can spend more DP and may be refused by the lifetime limit.

What if Copy does not work?

Use USE THIS CODE & RETURN, which does not require copying first. If needed, select the original code and copy it manually. If the return is also unsuccessful, contact Sales without redeeming again.

What does Redeem limits reached mean?

A past redemption of that reward may have used your lifetime allowance, even if the old code expired or was refunded. Stop retrying and ask Sales to check the record.

What if the item sells out or the checkout amount is wrong?

Do not pay an unexpected amount or redeem again. Contact Sales for manual review. Redeeming does not reserve stock, and the final checkout must match the item and code.

Can I redeem or buy from this guide?

No. This page explains the process. DUSZEN ROOM will open separately; follow the item’s availability and the official opening announcement.
